Wash Fair Car Wash

New to the area. Tried this place twice… idk how yall give 5 stars. I paid for pre wash and $21 service. I watched the workers use small sponges to pre wash the entire car. Are you serious? The wash never cleans my car. The vaccum cleaner only has the large nozzle so you can’t vaccum small tight areas. Absolutely will not be back.

My car still had bird poop all over it when the car wash was done. I might as well have rubbed a dirty rag all over it for free. I got the basic wash and my car was still dirty. I’ve gotten better service for fully automated car washes that don’t expect a tip at the end for poor service.

I was very impressed with the information I received from Gregorio today. I was concerned about work done on the outside of my car by a well meaning relative. The fender showed swirl marks from buffing appearing the paint was rubbed too thin. I asked Gregorio if he thought they could do a complete detail that would help fix it. He was very professional, very patient and kind in his answers for me. He was concerned about the deep swirls on one fender. He was honest to say they could do a good detail job but it would not fix these issues. He did not push me with a hard sell for their services. I appreciate this very much. I will do the best I can to have this repaired soon AND I will be back in the future carwash and detail work.

Brought in my car for detailing and omg Sean and his team killed it!!! Left the interior of my car - absolutely spotless! Cleaned out the trunk too! Incredibly kind folks who are clearly hardworking in the detailing section of this place! Going to tell everyone and bring the rest of my family members here! Highly recommend. And to the team - keep up the excellent work!! 🎉

I came in at close to close and got a quick wash. The machine knocked off the antenna fin casing of my car and the guy drying my car didn’t say anything about it and I didn’t realize until the next day. I wouldn’t blame the car wash but I just got a vehicle inspection right before so I know it was there before I came. I understand going through a car wash has its risk so I don’t expect the company to do anything but I just would have like to have been told and the cover retrieved. The wash was otherwise good so just 3 stars from me due to the customer service issue.
